His background in managing highly curated large-scale community development landscape projects within the housing industry has provided him with extensive experience in project management, plan processing, and agency approvals. He specializes in nurturing long-standing client relationships built through years of collaboration with prestigious developers and homebuilders such as Lennar, Toll Brothers, and Newport Pacific Land Company.

During his tenure managing major community development projects, including Citrus Heights 2, Lost Canyons, and Tesoro Highlands — a development spanning more than 1,200 acres with over 820 residences, 10 private and public parks, 2 recreation centers, and miles of streetscapes — he served as a driving force and creative director behind dozens of refined landscape designs for entire neighborhoods, model homes and private hillside and coastal residences throughout Southern California.
